In case of damage, Partage Club recommends that the borrower repair or replace the item. We also advise lenders to avoid lending items of high sentimental or monetary value if they feel uncomfortable.

Our management center helps keep track of return dates. Partage Club reminds members to return items on time. Prolonged delays or repeated lateness could result in account suspension. Trust is a fundamental value at Partage Club. You can contact us at info@partage.club to report any delays.

Maybe yes, maybe no! If you’re the first member, you can invite as many neighbors as you like through the app. They’ll get a three-week free trial before needing to pay for an annual subscription. Usually, it doesn’t take long to create a sharing community! You can also check how many members are in your neighborhood using our “My Neighborhood” tool.

No, there will never be any exchange of money between members. There is no borrowing limit. The more you borrow instead of buying, the better!

For the moment no. Le Partage Club is considering adding a donation feature. However, nothing prevents you from doing it on your own following a loan by talking to a neighbour.

No. We want to encourage deconsumption and create behavioural change; I have a need, I don't think of buying, I think of borrowing. So Partage Club encourages both borrowers and lenders. We don't want to penalize borrowers, we want to encourage them, just as we also want to encourage lenders. We also want to promote benevolence and altruism and get out of transactional relationships between humans. We want to deprogram ourselves to always want to calculate everything. We create a space where asking is valued!

Yes, absolutely! You can now use Partage Club in multiple locations, including your cottage, thanks to our Clubs feature. To add your cottage:
Go to the app under Profile.
Select My Clubs.
Click on Add a Neighborhood and enter your cottage’s address, naming this club “Cottage,” for example. Then, when browsing available items, you can filter specifically for your cottage to see items available there.
